Welcome to Way4ward

Way4ward is a non-profit organisation set up to prevent young people from entering the criminal justice system, divert offenders from a life of crime and reduce re-offending to create safer communities. We address conflict, violenceĀ and the destructive coping strategies young people and adults employ to protect themselves from emotional, mental and physical pain. Way4ward provides inspirational workshops to improve mindfulness by improving distress tolerance, deescalating irrational emotions, overcoming barriers to healthy emotions, and coping with resistance and conflict.
